  • We are moving to a new sales model in order to keep our costs to you our customer down. Running an online shop is one of our biggest annual outgoings, and we think we can do it differently and better in the future.

  • The first burn should be a minimum of 2-3 hours. Let the wax pool all the way to the edge, this prevents tunnelling.

    Trim your wick! Before lighting your candle ensure the wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch. This prevents the flame getting too big and burning through the wax too quickly, it also reduces smoke and soot.

    Remove wick clubs to keep your wax clean and prevent spitting.

  • Keep your reed diffuser away from open windows. You want to place it where there is frequent air movements, but an open window will reduce longevity.

    Turn your reeds weekly. This keeps the reeds in good condition and ensures even absorption.

    Use less reeds, for a more subtle fragrance use 4-5 reeds instead of 6-8.

  • Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of the UK currently. This maybe available in the future.

  • We aim to send out all orders within 2-3 working days of ordering. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number if you have selected Royal Mail Tracked 48.

    Our products are shipped by Royal Mail with the option you select, Tracked 48, First or Second Class. Please allow 2-3 business working days for delivery. Currently we only offer UK shipping.

    Local collection is available for customers living near SG17. Orders will be ready to be collected within approximately 3 business working days, you will be notified when your order is ready to collect via email.

  • We have a 14-day return policy.

    To request a return please contact hello@justbeing.shop and we will send you details on how and where to send your return.

    To be eligible for a return, you need:

    - Proof of purchase

    - To be within 14 days of purchase

    - Product must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it

    - To contact us first, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

    Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and the following products are not eligible for return: Gift cards.

    If items have been used, we will not be able to offer a full or partial refund.

    We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of shipping in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. Any costs that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
